Under new management
Ridgeview Mobile Home Park has changed ownership. Some
have mentioned that the previous owner was hard to contact
and he did not maintain the park. I am providing you with my
contact info and I welcome your suggestions for improving the
park. Together we can make Ridgeview Mobile Home Park a
great place to live.
$400 for Referrals
I’m looking to fill some of the empty
lots. I am now offering $400 for
referrals. The referred must be
approved and pay on time for the first 3
months. I have included some business
cards with this months invoice. Please
pass these along to anyone you think
would be interested.
New Rent
To better reflect the price of the rent vs.
the price of utilities, I have lowered the
rent to $160/month and added a water
fee of $40/month. $40/month is based
on the water bill for the entire park.
This change will also more accurately
reflect the rent to potential tenants.
Street lights
Some have
expressed concern
about the street
lights that had been
turned off. I have
contacted KUB
and resumed the
service.
Empty lots
I have started
cleaning up the
empty lots and
hope to keep things
better maintained.
